Happy Spoon

Happy Spoon is a food donation mobile application. This project was created for one of the global goals of responsible consumption and production. My Role

I was responsible for the app design. I worked from scratch from doing research to the final product.

The Problem

The problem is that too much quality food is discarded and wasted when there are more uses for it, including feeding people in need and animals.

Client's Goal

Our client is Happy Spoon. Their goal is to reduce food waste, especially bakery products. Recycle food and help the community.

The Approach

I tried to put the pieces together to solve the problem. I applied a design thinking process to start the project. The first step was finding information about what users say, think, do, and feel about this program. By understanding the users, I combined three elements: users, needs, and insight. Gather the information to make a problem statement that will drive the rest of this project. Continued to focus on generating solutions to address that challenge. Brainstorming how to create a mobile application that meets user needs.
To achieve the goal of creating a meaningful and user-friendly application. I think through all the design aspects. Passionate with the case and creativity will create better design.
The last step is bringing the potential innovation to go forward by prototyping and testing then improving.
