The Wise Owl book cover book created for my client "Scholastic". They are going to publish a children's storybook about kindness.
I was responsible for the book cover design of Wise Owl.
The problem are
- How to make the book cover stand out and draw the immediate attention of the target audience.
- How to make a book cover memorable and fit the story.
Our client is Scholastic. Their goal is to produce an enticing and memorable storybook for the kids.
To make sure to meet the client's goal and user's needs. I used the design thinking method. I started by defining the tasks and did research on who is the target audience and competitors of the client. The next step is brainstorming the idea by making sketches to match the book story. Create digitalized sketches to bring them to my client to get a review. Execution and finalize the project.

The idea for this project is to use bright background colors, fun illustrations and fonts that match the book story.
